Slot Canyons

South of Escalante is the Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument. It's a vast area of wild sandstone formations and canyons. We visited 5 different slot canyon on two days. The first one is 'Peekaboo', for obvious reasons. The next one is 'Spooky' probably because it gets really skinny and a little dark. We walked further on to 'Brimstone', which is really deep and has dark, burnt looking walls. On the second day, we ventured to 'Tunnel', which was full of water that was insanely cold; even by Alberta standards. Then we went to 'Zebra' which you'll be able to identify by the stripes.
